    You'd probably need specialized software for that. Or you could just draw one in your sketchbook.

    just about everything I guess? Length, height, width, aerodynamics, shape, etc, etc.

    For the chassis it is mainly going to deal with the load distribution and how this relates other aspects of the vehicle. There are plenty of sources of information on this.
