    No its saying the officer's car whenever it there is something that belongs to someone the word will have a ' so Sarah's car is new The dog's bone is on the floor Do you get it?

    B could be correct, if you are stating that the car belonging to more than person is parked on the driveway. It would not be C, because the "s" should only be left out for really old names like "Sophocles", "Jesus", or "Sorcrates"
