Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.2\[(z + 6)^{2}=5\]\[\sqrt{(z+6)^{2}}=\sqrt{5}\]\[z+6=\sqrt{5}\]Subtrac 6 from both sides of the equal sign.\[z=6\pm \sqrt{5}\]The square root is both a + and just as (2)(2) = 4 and (2)(2)= 4
