Do you know how to do inverse operations?
no i dont think so
ok so you do inverse operations to get x by itself

so u want x by itself so since 7 is negative you would add it to the other side and get -9x/11 < 2
you understand how i got to here?
yes i understand
ok so then you would take the 11 and multiply it to the other side since it was first dividing -9x and you would get -9x = 22 ok?
yes i got that and now do i multiply 9 to each side?
its -9 and you would divide since it was first multiplying (remember do the opposite) and whenever u multiply or divide by a negative u flip the < sign in the other direction and you would get x > -22/9 ok? and thats your answer
