    "to show willingness to defend the Declaration" goes with "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of the divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."

    I'm not sure about the other ones but I think "to refute any argument of reconciliation" goes with the first one
