FIRST ONE IS $\frac{f(1)-f(-1)}{1-(-1)}=\frac{-1-(-11)}{2}=\frac{10}{2}=5$

SECOND ONE IS $f(x+1)=(x+1)^3+9(x+1)-2(x+1)+3=x^3+3 x^2+10 x+11$
