I think its A. because if the Eq is greater than 1 then the products are favored and if the reaction if favored to go forward than Delta G would be <1. MY reasoning for not picking B., is if Delta G is >1 than the reaction is non spontaneous, but if K>1 then the reaction is favored to go forward. My reasoning for not picking C., is if Delta G>1 than the reaction is non spontaneous. If K<1 then the reactant side would be favored. C then says that the products would be favored in this reaction which would be untrue with the 2 seperate K and Delta G values.
