    tan y = 5/14 y is the angle whose tangent is 5/14

    @welshfella thanks i was using the cotagent ratio but i dot know what to do after that

    there is no need to use the cotangent tan = opposite / adjacent = 5/14

    cotagent is the same think tho, just the reciprocal cot= adj/opp

    well use your calculator to find angle whose tan = 5/14 5 divided by 14 = 0.3571 so enter tan-1 0.3571 and press exe

    on ur calculator enter tan-1 0.35714 then press exe
