Find the solution of this system of equations. Seperate the x- and y-values with a comma. x=8+y -2x+6y=-20

    Well firt step to isolate would be to add the 16 to both sides :) -16+16=0 so it cancels -20+16=?

    good now just divide! :) 4y=-4 4/4=1 so you are left with y -4/4=?
