    circumference of a circle = 2 *Pi*r using Pi as 3.14 and given r, radius = diameter/2 = 15/2 then C= 2*3.14*15/2 to get to the nearest tenth means to 1 decimal place calculate to 2 places if the 2nd is 5 or more add 1 to the 1st decimal if less than 5 drop that digit
