    to form a triangle the longest side must be more than the sum of the 2 shorter sides but I don't know the other conditions

    I think will not form a triangle but the question wants what will. Either the question needs "not" or I need to apply other conditions. if this is a right triangle the square of the longest side is the sum of the squares of the shorter sides.
