Simplify 1+4x^-1+3x^-2/-4x-3x^-1+1

    Its actually supposed to be 1+4x^-1+3x^-2/-4x^-2-3x^-1+1

    multiply top and bottom by \(x^2\) to clear the negative exponents after that there may be more, but that is a good start

    the numerator would be \[x^2+4x+3\]
