Medal and Fan for help :) The perimeter of a square is 48 meters. Find the length of a diagonal. Please express your answer in radical form (no decimals). You can use the equation editor above or you can type your answer. Example: 5sqrt(3).

    Can you please explain how to find the diagonal.. if you explain i might be able to do it myself but ill do it here first.. :/

    take the perimeter divide it by 4 to get the length of the side

    then divide the length of the side by the square root of two

    so: 48/4 = 12/sqrt 2 = 8.485.. how do i put that in radical form?

    The diagonal of q square is' Length side time square root of two So it wold be 12x(2)^2
