    ? Hamburgers are the most preferred lunch. Pizza is two times more popular than spaghetti. Pizza is two times more popular than hamburgers. Hamburgers and spaghetti are preferred almost equally.

    Considering you have almost equal amount of people preferring hamburgers and spaghetti being sample#1 a difference of only 1 and in sample#2 a difference of only 2 meaning that that spagheter and hamburgers are preferred generally equally.
