ok so if there is 9 boxes with 45 pens each then we know that there is 405 in total. correct? we just do 9 times 45 :D

ok so i gtg for a minute and we know that there is 37 people each taking 3 so 37 times 3 is 111 so then we take 405 and subtract 111 and we get 294 left so your answer is c
