its good question, have you seen an increase of drug prescriptions? because i can give you my opinion and say yes, in fact overdose amounts to were people are taking the "prescribed" drugs as a "stress-relief"

I have not seen the study this question is citing, I do believe there should be strict guidelines to prevent over prescription because of the environmental effects. Who is to say though that maybe doctors are simply diagnosing more illnes in patients as medical technology improves. This is an issue that is kind of hard to pick a side on at least that is my view, the only thing that can rectify said problem is the development of rapid testing methods. I am just rambling though
