    Which image would result in the biceps muscle contracting and the forearm being lifted? A B C D

    Well what does it mean by "lifting the forearm"...? I would say A since it pulls on the forearm and lifts it, but that would be at an angle, and I'm not sure which angle is required here.

    i think lifting the fore arm is like just moving your arm up
