Is there a pic of the pan?
well I checked on google and it said that the exact area is ABOUT 50.27 . Does that help? So MAYBE the answer is 64 ?

:/ I dont want someone just looking up the answers though.
Well I was trying to see how
I thank you for trying, but i need someone else to double check :)
You have been given the diameter.
Calculate the area
Diameter = 2* radius
which is -3- um 3.14 x 8 / 2 ?
So you have been given the diameter = 8 inches
Thus the radius has to be = 4 inches
Area of circle is given by = pi * radius * radius
pi ≈ 3.14 [Universal value of pi]
radius = 4 inches
So area = 3.14 * 4 * 4 = 16 * 3.14 = 16*pi = 16π

I kinda sort of get it :/ sadly, i probably will forget the whole thing though its just .. so many step to remember.
