Help with identifying things in the Scientific Method? Will Medal & Fan. What affect will adding soap to water have on surface tension?

    Soap is a surfactant it increases the surface tension of water.

    Actually you're incorrect; soap breaks surface tension. @ShizukaTheOtaku
