A cannon fires its shell at a velocity of 1000m/s at an angle of 30 above the horizontal. How far would the shell travel?

    OK this is the classic question in ballistic equations Do you understand that the motion can be split in to separate components: vertical, and horizontal? If so first write down the horizontal velocity the vertical velocity
