    Think about his technique in the speech, not necessarily what it was about. What do you think makes an effective speech? Repeating phrases, raising the voice, or sharing personal stories that relate to the audience? Think about the composition or structure of his speech and how he could have improved it. Also, researching rhetoric will help you a lot.
