$\large \frac{3^{-6}}{3^{x}} = 3^{4}$ So it's good to remember when you have exponents with the same base (3) in a fraction...you leave the base alone...and subtract the exponents Meaning here...we have $\large -6 - x = 4$ And just solve for 'x'
