    in trig when you plot the reciprocals do you remember what they're ranges are?

    i would go with A, but the way to solve this is making a graph of it

    you can write sec(x)+1 in google's search bar and you get a graph of the function, take a loos at the values it takes and you will see it takes no values between 0 and 2
