RIght, it would be a circle. Which is a special case of an ellipse if you specially had to mention one of the conic sections. Would you know how to show it if needed, though?

well if I had to prove that it was a circle I would just compete the square with the equation given. Which is (x-2)^2+(y+3)^2=9
