well you could find a z score... it will tell you how many standard deviations you are below the mean... then use a table of values to get a probability best guess is that a score of 200 is in the bottom 3% of scores...

z score = ( score - mean)/standard deviation

well its a table with a whole lot of z scores in it... and then you go and find the value... you must have used one to complete these type of questions... its a normal distribution... or perhaps its a calculator function.
