If rectangle EFGH is dilated by a scale factor of six about the center of the rectangle to create rectangle E'F'G'H', dilated line I'J' will remain unchanged be parallel to line IJ shift six units up be perpendicular to line IJ

    Only the rectangle is dilated by 6 right? So line I'J will remain unchanged.
