In what way are the light-dependent and light-independent reactions of photosynthesis similar? Both require chemical energy to proceed. Both occur in the chloroplast. Both produce oxygen as a byproduct. Both involve carbon fixation.

    I know both occur in chloroplast... If there are more than one answers then I'm not sure.

    i'm not sure of the answer, but i do know that is you asked this question in the biology section of Openstudy you'd find a much more reliable answer.
