Will fan + medal! You mix the letters M, A, T, H, E, M, A, T, I, C, A, and L thoroughly. Without looking, you draw one letter. Find the probability P(A). Write the probability as: a. a fraction in simplest form b. a decimal c. a percent

    there are 12 letters in total, of which 3 are A's, so the probability of getting an A, P(A), is three on twelve: 3/12 that would be the fractional form. you can get the other forms from that one :)

    no problem, also note that the one i gave is not the simplest fractional form... you can simplify that fraction!
