As another poster mentioned, OpenStudy isn't a place to get your answers, but rather to get help finding your own answers. For some subjects (for example, history), this makes it more difficult to get help, because we can't do like we do with say math questions and point you at a formula to use, or make up a similar problem as an example. When you post questions that are supposed to test your knowledge of facts, those who follow OpenStudy policy can't really do anything for you, and those who don't follow the policy can only help if they happen to know those exact facts. This is unlike a typical math problem (I mention math because it is by far the most well-covered subject here on OpenStudy) where even though your helper may never have seen your particular problem before, it is undoubtedly similar enough to a problem they have worked before to be able to guide you through solving it.
