    this is really algebra the area is base times height, they want you to do \[(5x+3)(x-2)\]

    the answer is an algebraic expression, not a number

    it is not \[(2x+3)(x+2)\] which would give you that one, it is \[(5x+3)(x-2)\]

    you have to do \[2(5x+3)+2(x-2)\] multiply out, combine like terms
