If x2 = 60, what is the value of x? plus or minus square root 30 plus or minus square root 60 ±30 ±120

    to cancel out square you have to take square root both sides \[\huge\rm \sqrt{m^2} = \pm { m}\]

    hint: we have to take the square root of 60 please keep in mind that we have two values, one positive and the other one negative, since the index of the root is an even number
