Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1Ecuador is closer to the equator and Canada is not so close to the equator. The equator is: Much more sunshine is absorbed to heat the earth at the equator. This means the land at the equator becomes hotter than the poles. If we had no atmosphere or oceans, the equator would become too hot for life as we know it, and the poles too cold.

Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.1So, Ecuador is close to the equator which causes too much sunshine ad the hotness and Canada is closer to North Pole, (I believe) and the poles are usually colder than the countries closer to the equator.
