5. horsegirl27

6. EclipsedStar

You can check someone's profile to see who gave who a medal. x)

7. horsegirl27

kk :P

8. horsegirl27

Ah, it was Cas :P

9. horsegirl27

I'm going to like stalk everyone to find who gives them medals now XD

10. TheSmartOne

There is an easier way to find out who gave a medal on any single post btw no matter when it was given ;) And since this is latex practicing ;P $$\sf\Huge\color{red}{\href{http:///openstudy.com/study#/updates/5578488de4b063942069db84}{Link~to~this~post~lel}}$$

11. horsegirl27

you're following us XD jkjk lol ;) :P

12. TheSmartOne

(;

13. horsegirl27

hmmm so maybe you are... ;P

14. ybarrap

@TheSmartOne how can you " find out who gave a medal on any single post " ?

15. TheSmartOne

@ybarrap There is an API code and with that you can see all the medals given to any users. While I do not have the link for that at the moment, the link can list all the medals given to a user and I have tested it out and it works. It showed me all of Satellite's medals until his first medal recieved.

17. horsegirl27

haha I like how me and Bri started this and because of TSO now more people are coming XD

18. ybarrap

Thanks @TheSmartOne. @mattfeury do you have the API to see all medals -- is it a control+shift+j thing in chrome I could copy/paste? No big deal, just curious. I like the pasting GIF in DRAW tool - pretty slick.

19. TheSmartOne

Mattfuery has been inactive for a while now. It was a link, I'll message you it once I find it. I'll have to dig for it again. :)

20. horsegirl27

Haha, go grab your shovel TSO, it may be a long dig XD

21. TheSmartOne

xD

23. TheSmartOne

You found the link before I did x'D But the second link is correct (: You can change my username to anyone else's and find out about their medal history. As for Satellite73, you would have to change that last number to 30,000 as he has a little more than 25,000 medals :P

24. TheSmartOne

But that first link is amazing :o

25. ybarrap

Cool, I didn't realize those were parameters as well! Thanks

26. BloomLocke367
27. horsegirl27

lol wow

28. ybarrap

Copy and past that @BloomLocket367 into this - http://konklone.io/json/ and it will give you something you can work with

29. TheSmartOne

@ybarrap That website orders it by the date on which you recieved the medals. Is there a way to order it by the number of medals given by a user?

30. ybarrap
31. TheSmartOne

Oh nice! Thanks so much for your help ybarrap :D

32. ybarrap

You're welcome $$~~\bf\color{blue}{o}~\color{blue}{o}\\ ~~~\bullet \\ ~~\smile \\ ~~/||\text{\\}$$

33. TheSmartOne

I downloaded tableau public to see more stuff I can do with that and the api codes of OS, but I can't make any sense of it xD

34. ybarrap

You'll need to take the JSON output from OS and convert it to CSV using the JSON to CSV converter link above. Then you can import the CSV into Tableau Public. There are lots of tutorials on the site as well. Once you get started, it's much easier that creating pivot charts and 1000% more powerful. I'm obviously a fan.

35. TheSmartOne

Yes, I turned it into the JSON using the link and downloaded and uploaded it into Public Tableau and just messing around with it :)
