Is this the correct function for this graph? I'm trying to redo a worksheet for more points, but it's been so long since I've studied this. I can't find these in my notes, and the examples in my reference guide are vague. Any explanation would be helpful at this point.

    seems fair to me adding 4 gets us back to the origin, and .5 is floored to 0
