Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.11/3 (9x 6) = 2x + 3 distribute through the parenthesis 3x 2 = 2x + 3 subtract 2x from both sides 3x 2x 2 = 3 add 2 to both sides 3x 2x = 3 + 2 combine like terms x = 5 check. 1/3(9(5) 6) = 2(5) + 3 1/3( 45 6) = 10 + 3 1/3 (39) = 13 13 = 13 (correct) so x = 5 questions ?
