## anonymous one year ago I need help with this xD A particle moves along the curve y=sqrt(1+x^3). As it reaches the point (2,3), the y-coordinate is increasing at the rate of 4cm/s. How fast is the x-coordinate of the point changing at this instant?

$\large y=\sqrt{1+x^3}$ You may square both sides to slightly simplify the algebra involved or straight differentiate both sides implicitly with respect to $$t$$

Ohh i got it!! Thanks so much @ganeshie8
