Best ResponseYou've already chosen the best response.0perfect square means when you take a square root of a number you should get perfect number(not a decimal) if you get decimal that's mean it's not a perfect so square root of 100 is what ? 2nd when you take square root you should get plus/minus answer \[\huge\rm \sqrt{x^2}= \pm x\]
