i totally don't get this if you can help omg ill give you fans and medals and everything lol
Hi, Brooke, would you at least know the limits of the range of the sine function?
Do you know the minimum and maximum values of sin(x)?
no, I'm so so so confused. i am taking a test and this is the last question and I'm hopeless and this point
@ashthecutie so would you say B
No let me see
@brookefahey The minimum value of sin(x) is -1. The maximum value of sin(x) is 1.
okay thats what i thought @Hero thanks for explaining that
Do you know what to do now that you know this information?
@Hero can you help me with my question
@Hero would i plug in -1 and 1 for sin
Replace sin(pi over 3t) with -1, then solve for f(t) to find the minimum. Replace sin(pi over 3t) with 1, then solve for f(t) to find the maximum.
Min of f(t) = 30(-1) - 15 Max of f(t) = 30(1) - 15
that totally makes sense now… so the answer would be D! @Hero
i know you can't give answers but just give me reassurance that i have somewhat of an idea of what is going on
D is correct.
you are truly the best! thank you sooooo much!
