Suppose we toss a pair of stamdard six-sided dice. What is the probability that we get a 2, or a 5?

    I'll explain that a bit more :) There's 6 sides, so 6 numbers you could get. 2 and 5 are 2 numbers out of 6, so 2 over 6 (2/6) is the probability. But, you have to simplify to get your final answer. 2 and 6 can both be divided by 1, and that gives you 1 over 3, or 1/3.

    yup :) 2/6 is technically correct, but a teacher will take off credit as there's still another step left.
