Describe the hopes of victims of the stock market crash after listening to Roosevelt and Hoover's Campaigns in 1932

    Well, a person would have hoped that Hoover/Roosevelt could have succeeded in bringing the economy back to normal. Hoover promised a "chicken in every pot" while Roosevelt promised a number of programs to help combat the crash.
