    You have to convert 40 ft2 to cm2 1 ft = 30.48 cm 1 ft2 = 929.0304 cm2 11g / (929.0304cm2 * thickness cm) = 19 g / 1 cm3 Thickness is 6.231 x 10 ^ -4
