Read this paragraph: Suppose that tornadoes usually hit the coast of an island from January to April. Over the last 10 years, four tornadoes have typically been observed during this four-month period. The average wind speeds of these tornadoes have been observed to increase and decrease alternately by 20 miles per hour. The January tornado that hit the island this year reached wind speeds of 220 miles per hour. What can be inferred from the paragraph? helpppp?
