    First u should know which is strong elctrolyte and weak electrolyte. Strong electrolytes are primarily those ionic compounds which will completely dissociate in water. Strong acids and bases are also strong electrolytes. Weak bases and acids are weak electrolytes. So if u have identified which is which, then u could tell which will more likely to form electrolytes in water
