A toy boat is floating in a large metal bucket. If you build a fire under the bucket, how the heat will transfer from the fire to the boat?

    It can transfer by one of the following: convection, conduction or radiation. Which do you think it is?

    The heat energy from the fire is CONDUCTED by the metal bucket.The metal bucket heats the water which causes heated water particles to rise through CONVECTION and the boat receives heat. :) hope this helps!
