ok do you have to like write an essay on each of the quotes or like write a body paragraph about each quote?
no on the day of the test, we'll be given one of the four quotes at random to write about and each body paragraph has to be about one of the book/movies we learned about this marking period
Aww that would suck if it had to be an essay on each quote....i would die
i can't decipher what was in the toilet a minute ago.
is there any context to what the quote is about?
this is just the first quote though, I will post the next three quotes
ok i dont know what else there is to provide meaning to. this quote literally just explains itself...
ok the second quote: Charles R. Swindle: "We are all faced with a series of great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations"
oh and by the way, the three things that we have to write about for our three body paragraphs are "A Raisin in the Sun", "I am Sam", and "House on Mango Street"
Okay first quote meaning (to me) I would think they were saying that a hero is a ordinary guy who can become strong no matter what situation he is given......idk but that's how i see it
did you look at the 2nd quote yet?
Yep i'll help you when you get back
I'm back so what did you come to conclude?
2nd quote i think means that you have a whole bunch of opportunities lined up for you but they may be in the most unexpected places and you must have quick thinking and sharp wits to thoroughly percieve your opportunites
