    That will tell you which quadrant that A is in. To find it's coordinates, remember, X is the value going left or right and Y is the value going up or down.

    Well...the options are quadrant I; (4,6) quadrant 11; (4,6) qaudrant I (6,4) qaurdrant 11 (6,4)

    at least take a look at the link from @Surana , you can get the quadrant from that info. and about the coordinates you can try to compare the possible choices with the drawing
