Every time the depth goes up 10 feet, the PSI increases by a factor of 4.3, so answer is if depth is x and the PSI is x it is y = 0.43x, or the second answer from the ones you named. Example from chart: 10 feet 4.3 PSI 20 feet 8.6 PSI 30 feet 12.9 PSI Attached is the full work behind this linear problem like any other linear problem.
