    |dw:1434665580771:dw| this is the diagram, using the normal notation for the triangle

OK so you can use the cosine rule to find an angle here Do you know the cosine rule equation?

You just need to understand how to get the answer using the cosine rule. If oyu are not willing to do that please say so now...

But that is evidently what you are currently studying. Have you been taught any other way to solve this question?

does anybody know the degree to this If the sides of a triangle are 3, 4, and 5, then, to the nearest degree, the measure of the smallest angle of the triangle is

This site (not sight) is not for getting answers - it is against the rules. You will not learn anything by taking answers from people oyu don't know - MANY of the people who claim to help here actually know no more than you. The best way to th eanswer is to apply and understand the equation

    the cosine formula is \[b ^{2} =a ^{2}+c ^{2} - 2 ac \cos (B)\] solve that for B

Congratulations on your sporting success. I truly hope (but strongly doubt) that it is sufficient to earn you a living (throughout your whole life when you are too old to 'wrestle for a living'!) in the absence of any other educational achievement

You are absolutely right. You will probably find you need skills other than the ability to hold a man on the ground for 3s to get through life

But winning a wresting fight is a very limited way of judging your worth. How do you intend to support yourself and family as an adult?

However, I can see that it is not going to require the law of cosines, so good luck.
