    I think it is A. a. If an animal is a tiger, then it has stripes. b. If an animal is not a tiger, then it does not have stripes. (Zebras can have stripes.) c. If tigers have stripes, then zebras have stripes. (irrelevant) d. If an animal has stripes, then it is a tiger. (could also be a zebra)
