Hello I need help with extending WindowController in java but when i try to extend it on my computer I get the error "Cannot find symbol." I imported java.awt.* but I don't know what's missing. Any help?

what are font packs? I am just trying to extend a class. I am not sure if it's because of my class path or if import isn't working the way i want it to. :/

What are you using to write your code? Most IDEs will show you errors that would cause this. Here are some tips as to what can cause it: http://java.about.com/od/cerrmsg/g/Definition-Cannot-Find-Symbol.htm

@Jaynator495 I am not sure why you are thinking fonts... are you thinking this is in JavaScript?

nope, i just read it wrong at first... fontpacks will carry the needed symbols, at first i thought they were talking about a physical symbol :/
